hello

i am just joining here and would appreciate any advice.

my details are-
i am 5ft 4 age 36 and weigh 133lbs. i have just joined a gym and am prepared and will enjoy putting the work in to get myself in shape.

my problem areas are my stomach/love handles after having 2 babies a year apart.

at the moment i power walk from 40-120 mins a day with my dogs and can train every other day on weights at the gym.

would you please give some advice on any weights programme/diet i should stick to to get in shape as i am getting married in july abroad so i have about 4 months to get there. i am serious about this and will put the work in!

delighted to join a site with other female weight trainers.

Welcome to DB!

First things first....

Check out the top posts in the Nutriton forum. You need to know how many calories a day you should intake to lose the weight (fat not muscle) nice and slow.

Second,

Same goes for Training. There's some darn good info in that forum as well. Again, top posts would be ideal.
