hi im graham im 17 and a full time student, i came to the site for help on building my pecks, arms and abs. my main problem is when i do dumbell benchpress it doesnt seem asthough its doing my chest atall just my arms.  what can i do so i can feel it working my chest? thanks in advance

Hello. Good to have ya on the site. Be sure and check out all the stickies under nutrition and lifting. They are lengthy but SOO helpfull.
As for the bench thing. Lower the weight and really concentrate on using and squeezing the weight with your chest. Also dont fully lockout out your arms at the top, and dont clank the dumbbells together. Let them get close but not touch, this will keep tension on your chest.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels.

Spend a lot of time here reading the stickies, some great data there that can save you from a lot of mistakes.

use a barbell with a decently wide grip to build your chest.  Dumbells work the arms a lot more than the barbell does, they are pretty close to a close grip bench press as far as the amount they use the triceps.

I noticed you only said chest abs arms, you really should add back in their for balance at a minimum and heavy leg work ie squats because that will actually help build your chest abs and arms, not because of the muscle stimulation in the chest and arms but for other reasons.
