new diet plan - Wednesday, May 06, 2009 2:48 AM ( #1 )


7:30AM
Oatmeal 1/2 cup, Whey protein 1 scoope, Potato x 2., Animal Pak x 1
10:00AM
Rresh Fruit (Multi), Pasta , fresh Fruit drink
12:00AM

Pre-workout drink (N.O Explode / Creatine Mono)
12:30AM
Workout
2:00PM (Post-workout drink = Whey protein 1 scoope 24g + Glutamine 5g)
Lunch (Raw Beef with Chicken soup noodle)

4:30PM
Sandwich x 1
7:30PM
Dinner 
10:00PM
[style="font-size: 12pt"]Oatmeal x 1 cup + Whey Protein x 1 scoope 24g

Any suggestion or recommend ?

I want to get into a job like yours to permit the diet plan that's here. Diet plan looks OK though..

Man i knw its none of my business but just out of curiosity wat is it that u do , that keeps u engaged like 24x7!!!

@ seasmus : man one can critique only when we know ur weight , height ,goal,bulking cutting etc etc

Uh, whats your goal? I am assuming cutting cause that's not a lot of food. Looks like whey is your primary protein source.

You know what happens when you assume though, eh?

Man i knw its none of my business but just out of curiosity wat is it that u do , that keeps u engaged like 24x7!!!

I'm 5'11 and 163lbs
As i knew lifter is required protein around 1.5 ~ 2g per body weight.  so i consume 3 serving protein a day.

Any good idea  ??   My goal is gaining 20Lbs in 5~6 months.  
 
What happens will caused by primary protein is supplement ?  Pls advise..

ohh ok. i am a coumputer engineer :|

I spend on an average 15-18 hours sitting in front of a dumb computer and contacting cliets to fix their issues. no fixed hours for me coz i also gotta call u guys in US in ur time when u r awake and thats something like midnight or 2am in the morning for me :)

doin my MBA now..

@ seasmus
looks like u wanna put on sum muscle...
first look up ur maintanance calories (easily available on the net)
up it by 500 calories a day and go on for a week...
ideally u shus gain a pound a week....
if its working continue
if not up ur calories a little again...
Rinse and repeat :D
and ya dont forget to train 3-4 times a week depending on your routine
ideally go in for a 5x5 , all compounds, 3 days a week!!

umm...my job duty is  provide a technical advise / training for maintenance service team and manage ASC performance.  So i have a flexible time for manage my work.

I train 5 times a week and spend around 60 ~ 90mins for workout.
My target body weight is 180lbs and 10%bf ~!!~

First off I am highly allergic to whey so I do not take it.  But when I was taking it before bed I found that I could not fall asleep at night so that is just a heads up.

Have u trying casein before bed time?  or use cottage chees instead.
