new cutting workout - Tuesday, July 08, 2008 3:31 AM ( #1 )
monday:
 
chest and tri's:
chest press
inc chest press
pectoral fly                  12 reps 4 sets 20second rests between sets.
tri pull down
seated dip
 
tuesday:
off
 
wednesday:
 
back and biceps:
lat pull down
vertical traction
seated row
bicep curls (bar)
barbell (21's)
 
thursday:
 
cardio and abs:
inc crunch
crunches
sit ups
leg raises
plank
700 cals on a random cardio machine
 
friday:
 
shoulders and traps:
shoulder press
lateral  raises
alt/delt raise
rev pec fly
shrugs
 
saturday:
 
legs and abs:
squats
21's squat
leg extention
leg curl
leg press
 
sunday:
 
cardio and abs
 
 
***everyday is a cardio day (except tuesday) and where it says carido i do it twice on a diff machine***
 
any suggestions? ive put what ive lost so far in my sig

why are you only waiting 20 seconds?  that's too quick IMO

and 700 calories on a cardio machine?  are you cutting your calories in your diet too? if you are and you're still burning 700 calories you're getting dangerously close to messing with your testosterone

no i know wat your thinking but i have cut the diet but not as much as youd imagine a "cut diet" if you get me.
 
basically im doing a clean diet still got high cals but i work on wat results im getting and what i need and when im hungry.
 
im gettin fast results!

good luck then.  losing 700 calories a day.......you really need to make sure you're eating maintencance, or your testosterone levels can get f***ed

how do you need to eat maintenance cutting you wouldn't lose any weight. if your cutting do 200-500 calories below maintenance.

Squat Clean 185
