i will get pics of it soon. i got a full day planned today so i will see if i can get them sometime this week.
i also got a bf caliper. it read 23.8% bf. idk if that is right but i did it just like it told me...

i promised you guys some pics. i have my new bench, my new rack, and my "old" pulley machine. im getting a 7 foot bar b/c my 6 foot is just 5 inches short for it to fit right on the rack. ok here are the pics!!  :
