I hate to sound as if I don't appreciate the lift but it looks as if you're bowing your back? That's a lot of weight and if you're bowing to that degree, you could easily end up with an injury... although I do agree, you did seem to pull the lift fairly easy... which makes me think that's just the way your body is built... Regarless, that's a lot of weight... from the ease fo the lift, you could probably pull another 20-30lbs.. which is incredible considering your size... nice to see you're not using straps:)

Monster lift again though, why didn't you lock out the 510? Do you have a vid of that?

awesome lift man. I have no experience with sumo style, whats the transition like from traditional to sumo like? im assuming you only sumo when your max attempting?

Do you have a vid of that? ya, i did mention before have a hunch back. its very annoying i know. i dont know why i didnt completely lock out at 510. i dont think that i gave myself enough of a break. i did scrape the top of my knee with the bar, its pretty new bar, and that could have been the problem because threw my groove off.

Nm0ney34 awesome lift man. I have no experience with sumo style, whats the transition like from traditional to sumo like? im assuming you only sumo when your max attempting? my groin/hips were sore a bit at first. started doing them last week. i actually went sumo for all the sets. i really like it because of my heigth. plus working my hips and glutes more it will help my squats. thanks!
