Go with protein shakes twice a day after workingout and before bed. Do a high protein diet make it strict and stick to it and maybe you'll get more than 160. Eating is the best thing to do when trying to gain mass. The more serious you are about the better the results maybe that will help i dont know but good luck bro!

Eat. Five or six times a day, the proper types of food- Make sure you check out the top posts in the nutrition forum for some excellent advice. Calculate your calorie expenditure is an excellent thread to check out, so is the one about a bulking plan with slow burners. While protein is very important when it comes to building muscle, remember- It's not the only thing. Do some reading in the nutrition forum. When it comes to training, the basic idea is to challenge your muscle groups in the rep range that works best for your goals- I'd recommend starting out in the eight to ten rep range to make sure your form is perfect in all your exercises, and then think about going with heavier weights and lower reps. For more info on an actual program, post something about your current routine in the critique my training forum.

The meals should not be big the nutritional value should be right. You dont want to eat a huge meal every time you eat. Make sure that the 5-6 meals that you eat are high in calories and in protein. and with your shakes added in it should help. Try to eat 1 gram of protein per body lbs. everyday. So if you wiegh 145 eat 145grams of protein a day.

Diet is the most important thing. intake 1 to 1.5 times your bodyweight in protein and eat a ton of carbs. Carbs is the key(600-800g carbs per day at least) good luck.

So if a person ate all this protien a day, 5 meals, bodybuilding shakes twice a day etc etc - will this result in actual muscle gain, or just fat gain??? does it depend on how much time u do on wieghts a day, or when u eat/drink these meals??? If i ate 4 meals, and had 2 shakes in a day, i dun a 30 min - 1 hour workout and then went to bed, would this actually build muscle or just fat??
