hello people ive been doing a little reseach laetly and i would like to know people opinions. i go to the gym 3 times a week and run 5 times a week. my goals are to get faster and stronger i think i am at a point where my diet is good and i get plenty of rest and was thinking of taking a supplement (not creatine). i was thinking L-glutamine, L-arginine or possibly colostrum. what are your thoughts?
