need help with what to take with workouts

hi, i'm 35 yrs. old and just recently started lifting again. i'm 6'2" 225 pds. i used to lift alot in my early twenties, when i was a solid 180 lbs. well partying and too much eating caught up with me. i want to lose 25 lbs. to start off. and converting some fat to muscle, especially around by belly area. i recently started taking a eca stack, vasapro, 200 mg. anhydrous caffeine, and 81 mg. enteric aspirin. it seems to give me a lot of energy at work and workout time. what else should i be taking as far as supplements? whey protein, creatine? any help would be appreciated. thanks.
