hi im 15 and i  started traing about 3 weeks ago and i will admit it im a bit off a chunk im 5 foot 7 and im about 85kgs i asked for a program at the gym and he made me one but its very high weights and low reps im swimming once a day for 25 mins and all i drink is water and eat normally salad for dinner and wheatabix for breakfast i go to the gym every day for about 1 to 2 hours is the high weight low rep workout ok with me loosing weight at the same time also could some one advise me on what to eat and what suppliments to take i would really like to look nicely cut but with big muscles.

First thing you need is to get your diet in order- Sounds like you're eating WAY too little, even though your goal is to lose weight- Contrary to popular belief, you actually have to eat more than you'd think to lose fat effectively, while supporting your muscles as the same time. Read this article for more info, then follow the link at the end of it to the calorie calculator post- There, you'll learn how to figure out just how many calories your body needs to lose fat. You'll be eating five or six meals a day to get all those calories, and also to keep your body in a fat burning mode all day long- Let us know what number you come up with, calorie wise, and we can start helping you put together a nice meal plan.
