i was just cleared 2 weeks ago to start full lifting again after having shoulder surgery and i have 2 months untill football season starts and i need to put on a lot of lean muscle so i can protect my shoulder this upcoming seaso any ideas on what i should get?

what do you mean, weight sets , supplements, protein shakes????

as of right now im thinkin bout takin a multi vit, fast twitch, muscle milk and a whey during the day but i need a good creatine that will build mass any ideas?

Plain Creatine Mono is your most reliable option, alot of the new stuff is either jacked with caffeine or overpriced "new and revolutionary" creatines.

Have you taken creatine before for football? I have talked to guys who have done so and they say during games their endurance drops alot, due to dehydration

The 2 months prior will help him put on a good amount of weight, then he can lower his intake or stop it completely when he starts playing. But you're right, I get really thirsty on mono and it'll probably be a problem on the field when you can't always have a water bottle by your side.

A lean protein, I'm a huge fan of ON 100%. As far as creatine is concerned, you can try it, i haven't really had tremendous results from it. Its very expensive for the results that i was getting out of it. but your body may react better than mine did. and if you go for it drop it before you start football like he said.

Yea i was just going to take it during the 2 months prior to the season to get bigger but during the season i wasnt gana use it

im no expert but i have been taking creatine for a while now i play soccer alot 3 times a week and havent felt no endurance loss or dehydration like i said im no expert just my view from my experiences

the box tells you. it varys type to type. also once your on it for long enough you can tell if you should up or down the dosage
