hey i weightlift at school monday through thursday and do speed workouts as well. when i work out its with the football team and we have specific football related workouts our coaches want us to do. but i have  friday through sunday off and i have all the equipment at my house. i want to get a nice cut lean body for the ladies...who doesnt??? any ideas

well what are you doing with the football team abd the main thing to getting cut for ladies is diet

with the football team i start with speed workouts n we go to the weight room n hit the core lifts such as bench squat power cleans n we do all the other pody p each day like triceps biceps shoulders n other leg stuff so we work all parts of our body

I would say do the fun safe stuff at ur house. Such as biceps, triceps, shoulders. Then do the other not so fun hard stuff like squats and DL's and powercleans at school. That way u can work on the beach muscles as much as u want.
