I'm not a girl, but my thoughts have always been do everything naturally first. Once you've hit that plateau, try out the supplements to push you over the edge. I wouldn't become too dependent on supplements so soon. Take your time, there's plenty of it! Moreover, usually slow and steady yields longer lasting results that you're able to keep up. I'm not saying don't take supplements, but I wouldn't worry about them too much this early on. I'd just stick with a healthy diet and a diverse and steady workout routine for right now. Of course, I'm sure my opinion will be lambasted. Either way, I still think go natural for the first few months.
