need workout for my situation...

ok well here is the deal. I apparently have scoliosis and have injured my back even more by squating 3 times a week on the SS routine. So now its a month and a half later and my back is still hurting. Thedoctor has put me on medicines but time is what will heal me. He said to stay away from squats for a while so im am going to listen to him on that one, but i am also going to stay away from deadlifting and power cleaning too because they hurt my back too much. I havent lifted in about a month and a half but tomorow i wanna go back to the weight room at school. Im 17 years old, 150 lbs. Any way, what is a good routine for me to start on? I was thinking of just doing a 4 day split. Im looking to gain size with strength. Any input you guys have would be wonderful, Thank you

Any input you guys have would be wonderful, Thank you Well regardless of what you're advised to do from anyone on this board.. make listening to your doc a priority... Before I answer can you tell me your primary goals.. lose fat, gain muscles mass.. gain strength, etc.. How many days can or will you go to the gym.. are you limited on equipement.. primarly leg equipment since you can no longer squat or do deads?..

i can go monday-friday and i have access to pretty much every type of exercise. I wanna get big for the summer. you kno gain size with strength. And i dont really need to burn too much fat. I think if i get my abs stronger and bigger that will be all ill need for the six pack. Here are some pics from like 4 months ago.
