need some help - Wednesday, July 23, 2008 8:53 PM ( #1 )
Well I was wondering if my routine would get me bigger, more well defined chest, arms, legs and abs.

Monday: I do 3x5 squat first, than i do 3x8,6,4 bench press, i decrease 30 pounds than do 3x12 of bench press again.  Next I do 3x8,6,4 bicep curls than i decrease 30 pounds and do 3x12 bicep curls. Next, i do 1x5 deadlifts. Than, i do 3x12,8,10 leg curls. After leg curls, i do abs, 6 inches and flutters.

Tuesday: Same workout but i also do some shoulder presses and flys.

Wensday: Break

Thursday: I do mondays workout.

Friday: I do mondays workout with shoulder presses and flys again.

Saturday: Break

Sunday: Break

I also try to eat the right amount of protein and carbs.

I also am wondering why my upper back is hurting when i do ab workouts. Some people say its because im not stretching enough and some say its because im not concentrating on bringing up my body with my abs and only my abs.

Any tips or advice is highly appreciated, ty.

getting bigger = dedication to a proper diet,   and also to a proper lifting regimen.

but most of your gains will be attributed to your diet, and eating the right amount for your body-type.
