need some advice on my training plan (newb alert)

hi everyone, i been going to the gym every once in awhile (about 7months) and it's only recently that i draft up a workout plan and been following it for 6 weeks going 7th now. However, it seems that recently, i dont feel as much ache anymore. I'm assuming that it is because i am building resistance to the excercises i am doing. And probably my planning will need some tweaking too, considering i simply mapped it out without any experience. any help and advice will be most appreciated. (every session is about 45mins with the exception of cardio which is an hour) monday (chest) flat bench press x 5 of 8-10reps flat chest fly x 5 of 8-10reps incline bench press x 5 0f 8-10reps *all with dumbbells Tuesday Cardio x 1 session Wednesday (tricep) dips x5 of 15reps close hand push up x5 of 15 reps tricep extension x5 of 8-10reps Thrusday (back) pulldown x5 of 8-10reps seated row x5 of 8-10 reps (cable) one arm row x 5 of 8-10 reps (dumbbell) Friday (biceps) seated dumbbell curl x5 of 8-10reps standing barbell curl x5 of 8-10 reps concentration curl x5 of 8-10 reps Saturday cardio session x 1 on my non cardio days, i also do a set of 210 crunches to finish off my workout.
