does anyone know a good recipe for a quick breakfast meal I can make in the morning , and take with me to work? ( cause I start work early , so i'm forced to eat my second meal there , and its one of my breakfast meals ) Would be good if it included stuff like oatmeal and eggs one other thing....i just suck at cooking pancakes ..so something else please

What tastes real good is to cook some instant grits in a mixing bowl then put your eggs on top of em(and whatever else you have). The great thing about grits is that they taste great pretty much whatever you put in them and make what you put in them taste better. The other option is to blend the oats into a protein shake which tastes real good too, and it takes only a minute.

I have two that I really like: Oatmeal mixed with Protein Powder and Apple Slices (or just a whole apple if you're in a hurry) and a dash of Cinnamon and Plain Fat-Free Yogurt mixed with Protein Powder and/or Weight Gainer plus something crunchy like nuts or high-fiber,low-sugar Cereal
