need help-nipple size

Well before i started working out, i had fatty pecs. After a couple months of bench pressing, i developed muscle on my pecs. There is still some fat that hides my muscle but it is slowly going away since i do cardio each week. Before i worked out, my nipples were big since my pecs were fatty. I was wondering if my nipple size would become smaller since im bench pressing, doing push ups and running. Any tips are highly appreciated. Thanks.

i'm not sure but i don't think that lifting would really affect your nipple size unless your pecs got so big it was stretching your whole skin alot.

Yah I agree I don't think your nipples can shrink. You may just have big nipples geneticly, but don't quote me on it.

join the club. Big nipples are genetic. My whole family has them, its ****ing disgusting. Then when i go swimming or get a chill down my spine, they shrink to normal size and i look normal.
