http://stronglifts.com/...rength-training-program/

Look into that routine.

http://startingstrength...7s_Mass_Building_Program

That routine is nice too.

Or here's one I made for another guy a few months back that I like:

Workout A:
**Squat
**GHR
**Bench Press
**BB Row

Workout B:
**Squat
**Stiff-leg deadlift
**OHP
**Pull/Chin-up

Now list your nutrition (which is the real mass gainer). I would eliminate those supplements, I doubt they'll make a significant difference. Opt for a multi-vitamin, whey protein bucket and maybe creatine.

I already told you. They're nothing more than for assistance and highly overrated. How old are you? I wouldn't advise a HGH if you're in your beginner stages.

I listed the supplements I recommend above in the previous post.

You don't need supplements, they do pretty much next to nothing. You need a good routine, progressive resistance and good nutrition. Now list your typical days worth eating and we'll help out, but without the nutrition that accounts for 70% of hypertrophy gain you're on the road to nowhere.

It'd been better to list that vertically, but to edit here goes:

Meal 1 (pre-workout): 1 scoop of whey protein
Meal 2 (post-workout): 1.5 scoops of whey protein
Meal 3: eggs, oatmeal, fruit
Meal 4: chicken, brown rice with cheese, veggies
Meal 5: tuna, mayo, whole wheat toast
Meal 6: salmon or steak, small salad, brown rice (optional)
Meal 7: cottage cheese -- you want slow releasing proteins to avoid becoming catabolic at night.

That diet should be fine. I would opt. for one of the routines above, beginners need frequency, compound movements and progressive resistance more than anything.

toss out that cereal and put eggs in there instead or something like that. Cereal isn't going to help you in any way.

Lol, I doubt that is real HGH. The real stuff will cost you well over $1,000.00.
