need help losing weight, thnx!!!

is 10weeks enough time to lose 35 lbs. i am 5'11" and weigh 225. i need to get down to 190 by the end of march, my question is if that is a realistic goal?? if so, how can i accomplish it?? any help and advice will be greatly appreciated, thnx!!!

A more realistic goal is 1/2 to 2 pounds per week, or an average of about a pound a week. This post has all the basic information you need to know. Check it out, and I'm sure people can help clarify things if you have any specific questions beyond that.

35 pounds in 10 weeks is possible but, you WILL lose a large quantity of muscle mass aswell as fat, thats the price to pay.
