OK, so I know what I need to eat to get the look that I want. I have a pretty good diet (for my on-season)...let me give y'all an example of a normal day... (I work 4:00p.m. to 5:30a.m. so my meal times are a little abnormal!) 2:00p.m. 5 egg whites whole wheat toast w/organic peanut butter 16 oz light, fat free yogurt 4:00p.m. protien shake 1 cup peaches 6:00p.m. 4oz broiled, seasoned tilapia 2 cup steamed broccolli baked sweet potato 8:00p.m. Garden veggie crackers w/organic peanut butter Tuna Salad sandwich on whole wheat 10:00p.m. 6oz baked, seasoned chicken breast baked potato seasoned asparagus 12:00a.m. celery stalks w/organic peanut butter 1 cup peaches 2:00a.m. Protien shake banana 4:00a.m. 4oz broiled, seasoned tilapia seasoned asparagus 6:00a.m. GYM TIME! 8:00a.m. 5 egg whites whole wheat english muffin My meals usually don't vary much when I'm cutting, so I get sick of eating the same things all the time. I do it because I know I have to, but my main problem (don't laugh!) is that I absolutely HATE asparagus! I know I have to eat it because of it's nutritional value, but I was wondering if anyone has any new ways to prepare it. You know, maybe with some kind of healthy sauce over some grilled chicken or something? haha. I'm tired of gagging every time I take a bite of that stuff! PLEASE help!

put it on a piece of bread, smother it with mushroom soup, and wrap in in bacon. throw it in the over and bake till golden brown...yummy Why don't you try kale, spinach, or perhaps brussel sprouts?? Anything green will do, the darker the better.

I DEFINATELY dig brussel sprouts! But I figured I'd throw in asparagus for a little change...HOWEVER...I can't stand the stuff! The whole bread, mushroom soup, and bacon things sounds awesome though! Thank ya much!

The sprouts and asparagus are almost identical in nutritional breakdown....a couple more carbs in the sprouts. No worries mate.
