hey,
This is probably a very easy question for you to answere but, I was wondering what would be good to have for breakfast on an early morning workout? I dont wanna throw up or anything and im gonna need some good energy since ill be doing some cardio in the mornings now.

First of all, your breakfast shouldn't be bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy.  LOL  You should eat a bowl of oatmeal, or two pieces of wheat toast with a little peanut butter spread, or a protein shake with liquid egg whites.  Any of those will give you a good start.  You should finish your meal between 30 - 45 minutes before you begin working out.  Remember to drink water while training.  Keep hyderated and you should feel fine.
