the problem with my shoulder is a rotator cuff problem. yes i know there's a thread about this and i have looked at it and have been starting the exercises to strengthen it. but hear me out... i started the rotator cuff exercises today, and copule hours later i already feel the strength coming back (very minimal of course, or ****, it can also just be phsycological (if das how u spell it), but on the contrary, my shoulders feel pain a bit more because the pain comes and goes but now it comes a bit more often hope i'm making sense) and i was wondering if i can do some dumbell curls with out slowing down the healing process of my shoulders? i have a 5 pound dumbell and i'll be planning on useing that with intentions of starting off light. would doing sit ups or running or lower back exercises do anything to slow down my shoudlers healing? woudl i be better off just babying it aside from w hen i am exercising it for the day? thanks a lot

Sorry, i realise this is a very late reply. By the sounds of it, you have an injury that is not ready for rehab just yet. An injury has to heal before its ready to be rehabbed. Rest it, ice it and give it time. Rehab shouldnt hurt. If it does - stop and slow down and rest.
