at the beginning of the year of 2004 i weighed a horrible 260 pounds at a height of 6'3"-6'4". i really was not aware that i had let myself go that much until i asked someone in gym class if i was really huge, the answer was yes *cry*. This started me on my route to get down to about 200 pounds. for the first 2-3 months i lost about 30 pounds leaving me at 230 pounds, so i took a break for about 5 months :x. Back to eating anything i wanted i thought i had gained all the weight back until i decided to get into shape again and found i only gained 2 pounds. I joined a gym and am in the right track now to losing it all. Right now i am about 215 pounds, and i can see the yellow tape at the end of the race. i really havent been on a much restricting diet, i can eat fruit,meat,and veggies and i have been losing 3 pounds a week steadily and am so much healthier and have more energy. in the beginning of 2004 i was not able to finish the mile run without colapsing. now i can run basically the whole thing.
