ive been trying to eat right and exercise to get rid of the body fat on my midsection, its the only part of my body i really want changed....as much as i wanna lose this fat i find sometimes i lack the effort and drive....im scared i wont be able to get rid of it....i just really need some solid work out ideas and plans that wont intimidate me....right now im doing various crunches and and running....but its kind of all over the place....different times of the day and different numbers of sets... as for diet im trying to eat all the good stuff in the food list under the nutrients forum....tuna, veggies and fruit, oatmeal, eggs...etc.... any tips and ideas or plans that i can use that will show me results that wont scare me? [considering i stick to it and try my best]

A couple threads I've found useful getting started: The Basics For Losing Fat Unfortunately, there's no such thing as spot reduction of fat, so you have to lose overall body fat. Probably the fat in your midsection will be the most stubborn, but if you get your diet and excercise in order, it's just a matter of time.
