the funny thing about deadlift is that u can make gains without even really doing it. Its almost like getting older is good enough.

When i came up from my frshman to sophmore year i went from deadlifting 425 to 550. With no deadlift training between that lol. yeah i put some weight on but it was some crazee stuff.

This is so true, i used to max out on 132lbs-155lbs ish when i was 17 odd, when i came back to training aged 18 i could suddenly rep 132lbs and 155lbs like it was nothing.

Squat you can usually add 10lbs onto as well without much difference in feeling.

Bench is the only exercise i cant get away with teensy bits of extra weights.

I like boobs. Not like big messy boobs that pour out the bra when they are unleashed. Not small boobs either. Not fake ones either. A full C cup.
