my workout so far - Wednesday, August 12, 2009 8:00 PM ( #1 )
my workout schedule is set to how fast my body heals
starts off with upper body
push ups and sit ups with various workouts dealing around the abdominal and tricep muscle group(s)
currently i am trying to gain gym membership yet that is in the works so my work out is limited to what i have at home (which is one 20 bar bell that i use in as much as i possibly can)
i also wear a 20lb weight vest during the push ups and sit ups and when my body cant handle the extra weight i take it off and continue until muscle failure
prior to the work out i drink dark rage an hour prior and finish with gnc wheybolic and a spoon of creatine
on non body building days i run around the 2-3 mile distances i take dren prior to the run( i watch the 12 hour cycle from when i take dren and when i take dark rage)
and after the run i take the wheybolic with chewable creatine instead(it has 2.5 grams in comparison to the powder which is 5grams)
the run is every other day but the upper body workouts are when my body has healed from the last upper body workout. each day i have one omega 3 chewable and a one a day men's pill to keep minerals and vitamins in my system
