so i was at the doctors office the other day an got weighted at 180 i ask the nurse what did i weight the last time i was hear she told me 166 i was like damn thinkin to myself that was about 3 days ago i weighted myself today an i was about 182-183. do u think i might to puttin weight on to fast thought i don't see no fat on me. keep in mind am 6'5 so i have a long frame what do u think.

if your not seeing any visual signs in the mirror, I wouldnt worry about it then...but thats a pretty significant weight change for a 3 day period...so im left wondering are you off on your days, or are you leaving something out? Were you sick? gained/lost a lot of water weight? loaded up on carbs? weighing yourself around the same time of day, with similar conditions? they could have botched the number before too, thats a pretty big jump for 3 days. You can always take measurements to double check. or buy some calipers

sorry i did'nt write that right i weight 180 3 day's ago 166 was many months so i want from 180 3 days to 182-183 as of today

yeah i wouldn't worry about it, chances are you probably had food or water in your stomach, or maybe just had to shyt, sometimes i've taken a 3lb deuce it happens
Goals: -Find more time to get to the gym..
