Ok so im starting back to working out but i need some help on when i should take my these supplements and how much of each. I have a bottle of creatine, hydroxycut hardcore, and a bag of 100 percent whey protein, and a bottle of mega men sport. Im wanting to lose some weight and tone up my body. Im 17 6'3 210 lbs. I planned on running a good bit. Im not worried about strenght very much because i play baseball and golf and i really dont need to be strong because im a pitcher. I play golf everyday so i walk alot. for my diet i just planned on staying away from fatty foods and eating alot of chicken, steak, fish and things like that. If someone could please give me a sort of routine i would really appreciate it.

supplements really arent that important. they can help a little but they wont give u much better results than not taking them creatine and protein powder would be before and/or after working out. Hydroxy cut i dont know much about

Ide say You will be ok without the creatine, just take whey pre and post workout, good nutrition and dedication, if you do not get good results then begin to supplement, I bodybuilded (sp) for 6 mpnths without supplements and I did not get good results
