I'm just curious, why do you train back, chest and shoulders 2X's weekly but only train legs 1X.. ? Makes absolutely no sense... You're pounding tiny little muscles like the pec and delts multiple times druing the week and only hitting the large quads and hams once? You may want to consider revising your routine to something like this. Monday: Back/Bi's Tuesday: Legs / Shoulders Wednesday: Chest/Tri's Rinse and repeat on Thur/Fri/Sat Just a suggestion.
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing
