Looking really good there man! What's your routine and diet? Are you bulking/cutting currently? Your delts and traps look really good, In my opinion that is! Keep it up. BF I rekon low end of 10%

ballsy to put up pictures of your face. i like it. GREAT work. i would guess 10-12% on the BF. do you have any measurements, and what are your stats as far as max lifts in squats/deads/bench/OH press? keep up the good work. you look good.. i like where you're at, but vote that you keep bulking and cut later.

thanks man, I am currently cutting, lots of treadmill but I don't stick too much to a diet, just try to eat healthy as much as I can and get the necessary protein everyday. I'm haven't been taking supplements for 3 months now. my routine is like this: mon - Chest, triceps, abs tue - Legs wed - Back, biceps thr - Shoulders, abs sometimes I take wednesday off, or do shoulders on the day before Back and Biceps, it depends how I feel. I also do treadmill after workout for about 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. Maxes: Squats: 120Kg for 3 reps Deadlifts: 120Kg for 1 rep Benchpress: 70Kg for 3 reps Current measurements not flexed, not pumped (inches): chest: 39.5 abs: 33 thigh: 23.5 arm: 13.5 calf: 15.5 waist: 32.5 neck: 16 forearm: 11.5 wrist: 7

your arms look bigger than 13.5 inches IMO. and some advice on your routine.. i would put shoulders on leg day. it's such a small muscle group that it really doesn't need it's own day. seems like you'll get more BANG for your buck this way. everything else looks good.

what about moving calves with shoulders? and leaving tights and hamstrings in the leg day...man I just feel too tired to do anything else on leg day, specially after heavy squats. for the arm, they are 13.5" relaxed, in the photo they are flexed, measuring 15"
