last but not least unflexed abs ..... i think ive done quite well in such a small amount of time lol

my goals are just to cut a bit for the summer coz i dont want to be 2 fat for summer but then after summer im going to start a clean bulk and bulk up for a bit .... and yeah my chest hasnt changed but i have actually put half an inch on them and my back pic i cant realy get a decent pic of it and i dont realy know how to work my lower back...any ideas ?? ive been doing stiff leg deadlifts dous that work your lower back

dude, clean bulk now but don't let it get out of hand to the point of loosing your abs. You're already pretty damn lean, you just need to add some mass. Clean bulk and don't consume a rediculous amount of calories.

actually when i measured them i thought that an inch was 2 cm and then i found out the real measurements for an inch so they only grew 3 quarters of an inch...........but thats still not that bad i guess lol

lookin good for only 15 years old. I agree with trick2stroke, u should definately bulk. Just don't get too crazy with the calories.
