my new routine

i just started this routine a couple of weeks ago and it is going pretty good so far. i am open to suggestions so fire away. workout 1 chest-- flat bench 5x5 flies 3x10 incline dumbell bench 5x5 abs-- various workout 2 legs-- squats 5x5 extensions 3x10 curls 3x10 calf raises 3x10 workout 3 back-- deadlifts 5x5 pulldowns or pullups 5x5 rows 5x5 biceps-- barbell or dumbell curls 3x10 preacher curls 3x10 abs-- various workout 4 shoulders-- military press 5x5 lateral side raises 3x10 lateral front raises 3x10 triceps-- skull crushers 3x10 overhead extensions 3x10 weighted dips 3x10

i love the 5x5 too, it is the main thing that i changed from my previous routine and it seems to be making a difference in my strength already

In my opinion if you're bulking up you should do from 6/8 to 10. But if you looking for strenght that's ok.
Motivation comes by itself when improvement is seen!

ORIGINAL: dougdarock In my opinion if you're bulking up you should do from 6/8 to 10. But if you looking for strenght that's ok. im going more for strenth at the moment, have a bet on whether i can reach a certain bench press mile stone in the next few months lol
