my injury!?

i always try to focus on form so that fact that i have injuries is retarded , i just left the gym and im wathcing people in better shape then me swinging up weights leaning back using momentum and i just doing get it.. i use the moderate to heavy weights good form and always hurt myself... i mean my friend make sooo much fun of me cuz everything i do... just doesnt feel right its clueless , let me give u an example bench press mainly hits chest right.. also shoulders and tris i feel bench in this space on the inner part of my arm space where the shoulder and bi meet.... and i have an injury there and such bad stretch marks there .. does that make sense that i feel the stretch there and not in my chest? i dont even know if its the shoulder or the bi is injured or a tendand in between. anyone ever experience this?.... also been lifting almost 2 years now i have joint problems... every joint pops and feels unlubed... its ****ed im so frustrated i mean literally my body is a joke.... LAT PULL DOWNS HIT , REAR DELTS , LATS MAINLY , BICEPS. FOR ME I FEEL IT IN THE FRONT DELT , RARELY GET A GOOD SET FOR LATS , BI S I FEEL IT... NO MATTER HOW LOW THE WEIGHT AND SO CALLED PROPER FORM MY LATS BARELY GET HIT , I FEEL NO PUMP MAYBE FATIGUE BUT THATS IT.plus bad stress in lower back basically any back exercise hurts my shoulders.... front delts tho not back like its suppost to and even when focussing on lats i just feel it all biceps and chest my god... why does it hurt my shoulders... the weight is fine , half the time its too light. anyway i always ramble sooo flippin my im sorry , im taking the week off of upper body exercises so that i can heel up for my new routine this monday but anyone know why i get the stretch from bench there? like my injuries are rediculous... someone help before i snap

it seems you have something called shoulder impingement syndrome, which is categorized by either an inflamed subacromial bursa sac or an inflamed tendon of the long head of the bicep brachaii. This is usually caused by overuse of the joint or progressing too quickly in weight. You can take an NSAID and rest the joint until it feels better. Then you start very light and gradual work back up to your previous weights.

ay thats the wierd thing its not my bicep , its like in bwtween the shoulder and bicep..... my shoulders do pop alot , funny thing is i dont shoulder press much , i was doing more a few months ago then now.,... infact my shoulder routine isnt very intense.... i have been trying to bench more... using a weight i can only really get 3 solo reps with 5 if spotted.... and i kinda bounce it alittle off my chest... i dunno im gunna use ibuprofen , ice and heat it , should i try to stretch my shoulders too? i only got like 5 days left off im hoping their good to go for monday

As for not doing much for shoulders, every single back and chest exercise the shoulder is used in some shape or form plus any shoulder exercises you do specifically can easily overwhelm the joint and cause inflamation or damage.
