Here is my girlfriends back,  she was a little nervous putting pictures on here.  She wanted to wait until atleast the summer time.  So I will have more of her pictures up in the summer.

I actually guided her threw it.   I told her to pull up and back then squeez down with the lats turn her wrists in.   I tried to do it with her before but she had no lats, so I was shocked to see a set of lats come out.   She is still insecure about her physique,  I have been getting her to bulk for a while now so her stomach is not as cut.  She may cut down just a tad bit maybe 5 lbs and do more core work outs.  she is almost 120lbs at 5'4 - 5'5.

she sure is :)  She does everything I do "Less weight of course"  Although she is a very strong female..
 
70 - 90 for her tbar rows
15 - 25lb "dumbells" for her dumbell shoulder press's
10 - 15lbs for her laterals "front"
 
 
I would like for her to get a little stronger though,  she wants to get stronger also.. Hopefully she will be as strong as most teenage boys who come to our gym.. she is already stronger then a bunch of them. I got to start giving her more attention though! I have been focusing a lot on my cousin lately.

Good question.. I really don't know.. Squats we use a sled and go down ass to floor basically.. she does one plate on that max.. But she doesn't do deadlifts or flat bench, So I really don't know.
