my current weight is 74kg, or 163 pounds.. i have worked out my diet by multiplying my weight in pounds by 15 =2445 calories a day, and i should stick with about 196g protein according to an online calculator.. i have worked out a one day plan as a guide, it equals 2452 calories by my calculation, but i would like to know what people think, if anything should be added, taken away or swapped.. it equals a bit more protein than my daily intake.. and plus i didnt include vegetable protein, let me know what you think Breakfast 2 slices toast, vegemite, 2 eggs, 1 egg white 423 calories 28g protein Snack Apple, orange 150 calories Lunch 200g chicken, 62g brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower 456 calories 44g protein Pre workout Protein, skim milk, banana 286 calories 35g protein Post workout Honey, oats 50g, protein, 250mL skim milk 430 calories 35g protein Dinner 250g steak, sweet potato 70g, broccoli cauliflower 520 calories 50g protein Before bed Cottage cheese 100g, 25g almonds 187 calories 19g protein
