my body fat %

Dear all, I Used the body fat calipers this morning but we all know how inaccurate they are if you dont know how to use thm. It said i was at 16% bodyfat, which i doubt seriously. where did you take the skin fold test? You should be taking it at multiple locations and then calculating your %

I did what it said on the box. I took it just above the waist and pulled the skin/ when it clicked i measured it. I think its a pretty common type. its accu-measure brand.
I wish I was on Holiday. Gad dam it.

women tend to have higher bodyfat % even tho it doesn't show
Was it an electronic caliper? if so, they're much more unaccurate than manual ones

i'd guesstimate around maybe 11-12 %- you look pretty lean to me.

Being a woman, I doubt she's that low, but still, very fit. Maybe 14%?

You look like me and I'm 16%. Women are a good 6 points higher than men of the same "look". The pic is pretty fuzzy however.

I would personally guess somewhere between 14-16% based on that picture but if it is something you really want to know find a local health rehab or fitness center that caters to the obese and you body fat measured hydrostatically
