i have like really wierd abs...haha my right top ab is large left top ab is there but nearly the size of the other and i have a third ab below my right thats kinda distinct and whats really wierd is i have like a pretty good v cut so what can i do to even everything out should i just work my left side more? i need some help people
15 years old weight 145 bench max 180 squat 245 deadlift 235 w curl bar 115

It is not really about the frequency. It is about burning the fat on top of your abs so they will show and strengthening your core muscles. It does not matter if you do it everyday. What will matter is that you do it at least once a week and maximize what you can do on that day.

alright thanks so on that days that i do abs should i work the side thats off balance a little more

I think the fact that you are not listening to those offering you "very good" advice has caused people to stop trying. If you think your core will not benefit from complex exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and cleans then you are limiting yourself. Doing complex exercises will help you cut your legs as well which is a nice side effect.

screw the crunches, they wont do much Do deadlifts and squats. Not for your legs, but for your core. It will make you more explosive and really build the abs. Do captains chair hanging leg raises, they help alot. Burn the fat off of your stomach as well.
vert work and cutting.. Vert-23" ish, almost rim, rim with 2 steps and hop.. Back then-180-185 day Now-171-175 day Goal-155
