I have been taking xceed for the past 3 weeks now, and will begin size on tomorrow.

stats
age 16
height 6' 1"
weight 179 pounds

Routine
Sunday: chest/ triceps/ calves
Monday: Off
Tuesday: shoulders/ calves
wednesday
Arms 
Thursday Legs
Friday: off
saturday: Back/biceps/forearms

Diet
MEAT.
And lots of it. protein shake after school, before workout (with BCAA) and after workout (with BCAA). after school shake at 330, then  3 scrambled eggs at 4. school I usual eat chicken. I get around 4000 calories and 200 grams of protein.

Supplements
Designer supps. Xceed preworkout
Gaspari Size on Postworkout
Optimum Nutrition 100% whey (mint)
Vitamin shoppe BCAA

Extra Info
I have in my possession a bottle of the cherry xceed and a bottle of the Lemon xceed. So both will be reviewed for flavor.


Body Type: Meso/Ecto mix

TASTE

Cherry Ice xceed: 4/10
. Bleh I hate cherry flavor. Its not a horrible tasting drink, it taste just like cherry kool aid, but I personally hate the taste of cherry.

 Lemon Xceed: 9/10. This stuff taste how it claims, like lemonaid. It taste exactly like country time lemonaid, just a little bitter at the very bottle where the left over power goes in your mouth

Gaspari Size on Wild Berry Punch: 6/10.
Its drinkable. When you take the first sip you think "mmmm berry" but its very thick, and theres a lot to drink down. By the time you get to the bottle you feel a little queesy and just dont want to drink it anymore

DAY 1
(yesterday)

Due to winter break, and a stomach sickness, my routine will be a little different then what was recorded, just for this week.

ARMS

barbell curls: 70x12/ 100x10/100x8/ strip set 100,70,40
superset with dumbell curls: 30x10 (except strip set)

Skull crushers: 70x 12/ 80x10/ 90x8/ strip set 90, 70, 50

Hammer curls: 30x12/ 40x12/ 45x10

Reverse grip tricep pressdowns: 100x12/ 140x10/ 130x12

zottoman curls (slow ROM) : 30x10/30x10/35x8

Close grip bench: 115 to failure

Notes: wow great workout, I havent had that good of an arm workout in a month. Overall Im very happy with how it went. Still feeling sick to my stomach so it was good to get a great workout sick.

Supplement notes: The xceed is giving me a great pump right now, my shirt feels so tight, I love it. Size on wasnt as hard to drink the second time, hopefully it will become an aquired taste and I wont mind it soon.

Day 2
(today)

OFF DAY

its new years day, I didnt get any sleep last night so I'm exhausted, still feeling sick, and the gym is probably packed right now. So I'm just going to sit today out and and get some rest.

From now on my log will be on the right day, I will post my review of the day on the same day I workout.

DAY 3

Theres a pretty bad stomach virus going around here in chicago, still feeling very very sick but trying to go about my life.

Shoulders

Military press: 85x12/ 95x12/ 105x10

Dumbell lateral raises: 25x12/ 35x10/ 30x 10

Dumbell Press: 50x12/ 50x10/ 45x10

Rear lateral raises: 25x12/ 25x10/ 20x10

Up right rows: 95x12/ 95x 6 (then I had to quit)

Notes: I noticed after completing my first warmup set that I was not going to have a great workout. My energy was down and I felt like if I pushed myself too hard I would have an accident before I reached the bathroom.

Supplement Notes: took it easy today, still got a good pump going on the shoulders, size on is tasting better each day, Im starting to feel it, like I can really up the weight, despite being sick

Rating 6/10

Ill get pictures up when I'm feeling better, in the mean time heres one I took today.

Day 4

DAMN. They werent kidding when they said you start noticing results by day three. Today was an insane workout.

Chest/ Tricep shape

Incline Dumbell press: 40x12/ 50x10/ 60x8/ 65x4

smith machine bench/neck press(between the two) in X rep fashion
155x12/ 165x8/ 185x5/ 135x10

Hammer isolateral decline press: 1 plate, long stretch and contraction 3 sets of 12

Rope Push downs: 70x12/ 100x12/ 110x10

Reverse Grip tricep push downs: 100x12/ 130x12/ 140x10

Pec deck: 135x12/135x12/135x12

Notes: Felt great today, Starting to lose the sickness. Chest was insanely pumped today. One thing I did notice is once the burning starts I normally cant push out another rep, even with the burning I just kept reping out today.

Supplement Notes: Each day size on gets easier and easier to drink. Accually Im starting to like the taste of it. Xceed on the other hand seems to be getting harder to drink, just because Ive been drinking it so much for about a month now. No energy from xceed but pumps are there.

Notes: Great workout today. Changed things around a little, I usually start out with barbell rows and do 5x5 with 185, but decided to change things up. Back felt great, arms were pumped, couldnt be happier

Supplement notes: Noticed that I could do a lot more volume today, so I did. great pump like always with xceed. Strength and reps increasing through the roof with size on. I might do a second bottle of it.

lovin it. Ive noticed that I look a lot bigger, my chest is filling up like crazy, reps increasing with strength, its a little pricy, but as of now, i feel its worth the money, well see at the end of the bottle though

Im going to buy another bottle and make this a 2 month cycle before I begin cutting.

Day...ugh I dont even know
Too much going on for me right now, I got finals this week, I started week, too much crap was put on me at once, I havent been staying with my diet, and ive missed size on 2 days in a row. On top of that, my training partner is in wrestling and hasnt been able to lift with me in 2 months, but we resume in 3 weeks

Im going to post next sunday, and on the final day of the log, and give my review, Im sorry that i killed this log

On a different note, once everything goes back to normal and i get my spotter back, were going to start powerlifting. Im considering either 2 bottles (full 50 day cycle) of x factor, or Ebol, or if money permits, x factor, stacked with e bol on the second half of the cycle, but i really gotta get my diet down first.

weight today, 180. eh, should be higher if i cept with my diet and training.

just curious are you happy with the size on still do you take it on off days and also do you drink it during your workout or after i've been takin it during and not on non work out days i like it alot i think i should take it on off days also

yeah i mean i still have strenth gains and more reps, i just cant stay motivated at the moment to really get everything down.

As far as off days, yes your supposed to take it on off days too just to keep it in your system, i noticed my workout wasnt as good yesterday because i hadnt taken it the two days before

Im backkkkkkk. I took a good 3 weeks or so off to get myself straightened out. Im much better, Just recovered from the flu so I wasnt expecting today to be good, but i was wrong.

SUPPS
Gaspari size on-
I will be doing a 45 or so day log with the half left over plus a new bottle
Designer supps xceed-
still got about 60 or so servings between the 2 bottles
Cytosport Cytogainer-
To really up the bulk, i will be taking 3 of the 4 scoops with 2 cups of milk though to make it a little more cost effective
Optimum whey-
self explanitory
Multivitamin-
didnt take one before, but just recently learned the benefits to it
B-50 complex-
to help with mood, energy, and acne, Ive already seen incredible results with the acne after only 3 days.

My new lifting partner is going my gym tomorrow, so there wont be any excuses for not going.
My job was on different days every week which is why i stopped a while ago, but after finishing training I am on a set schedule finally.

Routine
Sunday: Back, hamstrings
Monday: Powerlifting-Squat, Bench, Deads, Clean and press
Tuesday Arms, forearms, calves
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: off for work
friday: quads, shoulders
saturday: my workout is pushing carts from 1-7 at jewel Smile but suprisingly enough it does make you a lot stronger

Today was an arms day and it felt great to be back, I went into it angry about something, so i felt like the f***ing hulk today.
