I think the best thing to do is to let your weak arm (your left) decide how much you should do with your strong arm (your right). This should allow your left arm to catch up to your right arm while not losing strength in your strong arm. In time they should be about the same. Definition in muscles might be genetics, I think my left arm looks more defined than my right, but they have equal strengths so I'm not sure what plays a role in definition...

I have a similar problem

right arm flexed measures 14 inches
left arm is about 13 3/4 inches

I have been using my left arm as a rule for what my right arm does already, though i havent been doing it for long enough to notice any difference yet

In workouts, using the smaller arm to measure the desired weight can work. Also try carrying around a heavy thing with your off hand for several minutes a day (and at the end of your workouts). If you can bowl with your off hand, even better. After a couple months, you should notice the difference.

I get strikes bowling with my off hand, by some miracle... i mean i look like an idiot tossing the ball, but it does better than my right hand!

By the way, I suck at bowling...

My arm measurements are similar but my thigh measurement and calf measurements differ... as do the size of my feet
