Is it because its my first time...or its just not supose to do that?

I'm not an expert but I could give you a guess - NO supplements are very concentrated and if you've just been working out you might be a bit dehydrated which is going to concentrate urine further and possibly cause pain in the urethra.
If you drink a lot of water your next piss will feel fine.

yup i drank a big bunch of water after and everything is back to normal!
