my left biceps has been twitching and spasming for 2 days and i really have no clue why it started. it was a day or two after i worked it out. anything?

see a professional aka doctor like asap that kind of injury aint healthy

Unless these twitches are accompanied by pain, swelling or the inability to use the arm, decreased strength, sensation chances or proprioceptive loss,  its most probably nothing serious.

Muscle fasciculations (i.e. twitches) are quite common and are completely harmless.

It seems to me thats the case with you, although i cant be certain because i havent actually examined your arm.

Dont stress so much.

If you do develop any of the symptoms ive mentioned above, go see a doctor.

Hope this helps ease your worry.

thanks. it doesnt hurt. although i am curious why all of a sudden it started twitching. which was my main reason of posting this .

well, I am aware that if your eyelid twitches it typically just means you are tired. so if you draw a connection it could just be a sign that your muscles are tired. Smile

Fatigue and Dehydration are most often the cause of painless twitching. Drink, sleep, and be twitch-less. Smile
