Has anyone tried muscle milk? is it good? Does it taste bad like most protein shakes? or is it pretty good?

Its probably one of the best protein drinks I've ever tasted.  You should try the cookies n cream or the banana flavor.  Those are the best in my opinion.

muscle milk is the best tasting sup ever.  I have tried banana, cookies and cream and strawberry and all blended in a blender with water tasted so good it was unbelievable.

I have Strawberry Milkshake and Cookies & Cream flavors of MM and so far the C&C flavor is my favorite. I mix 2 scoops with 8oz of skim milk before bed and it tastes sooooo good.

muscle milk is good as a meal replacement, or a prebed shake when bulking. however there's better stuff out there for a post workout protein shake.
