does muscle muscle milk realy burn fat and if it does is it good for cutting?

I've lost 96 pounds (mostly Fat) over the past year, all of the time I have been drinking MM post workout after each workout.. Although its a bit higher fat, the fat isnt bad... the one thing I dont like about it, is the fact that it is very low carb... so it doesnt work well for a MR....low suger is great, but low carbs is kinda tough..

so youve been drinking muscle milk after u work out but i heard its better to drink whey protein other than a casein which is low digested

Yes, I have also heard that Whey is quicker to absorb into your system... But I find muscle milk sticks to me a bit better and I am not ravishingly hungry after... I'm sure there are more effective things I can do, but the results I have got, I am completely satisfied with....

You should definetly consume whey immediately after lifting. MM isn't the best supplement to take while cutting since it does have so many calories and a lot of fat. Also, you generally want something with sugar in it immediately after lifting.
