you get used to it over time... personally I haven't tried the chocolate flavor... I'd recommend Mocha Joe flavor or Cookies and Cream (what I'm using right now)

i love the tastw of my chocolate muscle milk compared to 100% whey....but maybe its becuz i was in a huury one day and accidently picked up vanilla instead of chocolate and i hate vanilla...so what i do and maybe this will help you is: one scoop of MM and one scoop of 100% whey try and taste great to me.

you must be crazy... it tastes like a dessert to me. I've tried Chocolate Milk (my favorite), Vanilla Creme, and Cookies N Cream, and all of them taste very, VERY good. The cookies n cream might be too sweet for some people... the vanilla tastes like a milk shake, and chocolate is just good. Anyone taste a hint of coconut in the chocolate? That's the best way I can describe it. Anyway, if your taste buds lean more towards 100% Whey Chocolate, then yeah I can see MM not being very good. They're pretty different. [Off Topic] I find it interesting how things have to taste the same to different people, but people interpret the tastes differently. What I find to be very tasty, might taste like crap to someone else... doesn't it blow your mind?!

Well, you can take your whey after your workouts when your body needs the fast digesting protein, and then take your MM like 30 minutes before bed because it's basically a meal. It's got some good fats, and fast/slow digesting protein.

I'm done with muscle milk. I tried 2 containers of it and that was it. The chocolate one mixed with milk tasted pretty good and the peanutbutter and chocolate one was kind of gross. I now just put 1 scoop of Cytodyne pure whey protein isolates in 4-6oz of water 2-3 times a day and it blends very easy and I think has a good taste.

Ha! The 100% Whey Vanilla Ice Cream makes me gag too. Now I know what to do with it. Going to mix it with the MM. Thanks for the tip. I knew I wouldnt be able to get through a whole jug without some kind of concoction.
