hey guys im currently looking to gain muscle but ive had trouble in the past im wandering is it because i do like 5 hours basketball on a sunday wich to me sounds pretty hefty cardio thanks. warren

Unless your eating below your maintinence level it shouldn't have any adverse effect on gaining mass. Along side my regular cardio running/swimming/stairs I play hours of football some days and I haven't had any problems. Just be sure you're eating enough.
