I've noticed that on my own biceps after a particularly nasty arm workout.  I think it's just a function of individual fibers not firing, or imbalanced pump.  On the other hand, it could be the begining of a biceps tendon tear or aponeurosis inflammation.  Hard to tell.

Keep an eye out for abnormal pain and/or swelling in the area, give it a few days, and see if it happens again.  The effect is usually temporary.

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

Yeah if you have started to develop peaks on your biceps, sometimes they can look like they have 'dents' on them.

I have been asked before if I have had muscle cut out of my arm! But its just the shape of the peak (very pointy)

So dont stress it.
