muscle milk

Tastes great.  Feels like it has a thermogenic effect

im using muscle milk in combo w/ a thermogenic(basic cuts) and after the first week, ive noticed great results, and im still growing and getting stronger even though im on a diet pill, which is great!
 
evopro is the protein in muscle milk, is evopro actually better than muscle milk, or does it not include the "lean lipids" and the natural creatine boost?

Evopro doesnt  have the creatine that mm has, I believe the creatine in mm is kre-alkalin, it does have the same protein though. It does contain leanlipidsstm in the ingrediants. I wouldnt say its better than mm but it is much less calories than mm and would probably be better for cutting, although I cut alot of fat while using mm anyway, I drink evopro before going to bed instead of mm and use mm for my post workout drink.  The taste is nowhere near mm but if you mix evopro in milk it tastes pretty good, it sucks in water.

so picked up some muscle milk today... its horrible tasting compared to 100% whey protein chocolate... i think its way to thick... but o well it works my muscles are so soar :(


does anyone else think its gross or is it just me?

MM tastes great IMO.  i just dont buy the stuff.

Muscle milk is my favourite.
