i have been doing bodybuilding for about 6months now 4 days a week and have added on sum decent muscle size for a veggo. i have recently started muay thai (thai kickboxing) which consists of great amounts of cardio, i have lost 1 kg (approx 2.2lbs) in the span of 2 weeks im around 13%bf. im going 3-4 times a week and im finding it hard to go to the gym on the same day, because i am exhausted from the workout. my question is will i maintain what i have gained if i continue to go to the gym 1-2 sessions a week? also, what type of physique will muay thai give me?

It's better to do three or four times a week- But if you're more into the muay thai, and you're doing that more often, it's more of a personal decision. I've been taking Judo lessons for a couple of years now, two or three times a week. While it's not as much of a cardio workout as muay thai, I still have to rearrange my lifting around it a bit- I can't work legs or back on the same day as a Judo lesson, otherwise I'm toast. Muay thai will give you a lean physique- nice muscle, nice definition- Provided you're also eating right to support that sort of body.
