no its not, and you shouldnt be starving your bdy for 4 hours to burn some fat to be honest, why cant you run on a morning if u mind me asking, have to admit i tryed it and it didnt work but im an ectomorph im like 8% and was a little to obsessed with fat then... , running on a moarning does help burn fat but a little muscle aswell so you should have some lean protein before like some egg whites as little carbs as you can. A great way to burn fat with or without an empty stomach is gorilla cardio, like i said im like 8% so i didnt see too much improvement seen as i only did it like twice but theres some really good facts about it backing up how good it is.
